How to train a dog
Brain Training for Dogs is an e-book containing games and puzzles for you and your dog to play and work on together. It comes with some excellent video examples for each game, so it’s easy to see exactly how they all work.
The creator, dog trainer Adrienne Farricelli, She is a certified Dog Trainer (Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT-KA®). She uses scientifically proven positive reinforcement and reward based techniques which she describes it as “developing your dog’s intelligence” but what it really means is training your dog through force-free activities designed to engage the mind. Brain Training for Dogs uses a series of 21 fun games to reach this goal. There are 7 modules that are taught in a series from easier to advanced, laid out in the form of traditional education. MODULE 1: PRESCHOOL A stage where your dog will learn “Target Training”, “Eye Contact” and “The Airplane Game” which help you to keep your dog’s attention. MODULE 2: ELEMENTARY They’ll begin to learn how to listen to commands and follow along to what you’re telling them. MODULE 3: HIGH SCHOOL This level of the course is going to be all about teaching your dog mental endurance and self-control. MODULE 4: COLLEGE A stage where your dog will REALLY start to learn how to react to commands and stay calm, as well as having their mental capacity tested and boosted. MODULE 5: UNIVERSITY It is all about teaching your pup how to control their impulses and their emotions. MODULE 6: GRADUATION Your dog will really learn how to behave appropriately. It’s the stage where they’ll become the most obedient dog you know, and obey all of your commands without question. MODULE 7: EINSTEIN (Genius) A stage where your dog do things like play the piano, tidy up his play area after play-time, and much more. You will also get:
